Front of House Manager – Newly Renovated Italian Restaurant

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Front of House Manager to join our newly renovated Italian restaurant.

Our restaurant is entering an exciting new chapter, and we are looking for a dedicated leader who can deliver exceptional customer service, inspire our team, and help create a warm and memorable dining experience for every guest.

About the Role as our Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing the day-to-day front of house operations

Leading, training and motivating staff

Ensuring exceptional customer service standards

Handling bookings, customer enquiries and guest feedback

Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Managing staff rosters and shift supervision

Maintaining presentation, cleanliness and service standards

Assisting with stock control and ordering of front of house supplies

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a Front of House management role

Strong leadership and communication skills

A passion for hospitality and customer service

Ability to work in a quick-paced environment

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Willing to work part time leading up to soft open, assisting with all areas of set up,



POS set up and training new staff, sourcing suppliers, employee contracts, marketing and advertising, assist with drinks menu design, assist with front of house policies and procedures development and general set up duties as required to help get the business up and running, looking for someone with a passion for success and pride in a new concept to cement their future and grow with the business.

Must have Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
