About the Role

Sydney Maxpro Services is seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Cleaner to join our team at a factory site located in Marsden Park.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently within a structured site environment.

Key Responsibilities

- General commercial and factory cleaning
- Cleaning of offices, amenities, and warehouse areas
- Floor cleaning (mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming)
- Waste removal and bin management
- Identifying additional cleaning tasks where required
- Maintaining high hygiene and safety standards

Essential Requirements (Must Have)

- Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience
- Very good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (no public transport access to site)




- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and solid work ethic

Preferred

- Experience in factory or warehouse environments
- Understanding of WHS procedures
