Job Title: Front of House Staff

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and skilled individual to join our team as Front of House Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will greet and seat customers, take orders, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations.

Process payments and ensure accurate billing.

Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.

serve tables and clear dirty dishes.





Replenish supplies, such as napkins, silverware, and condiments.

Assist with resolving customer concerns and complaints.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
