The Role
We are partnering with an innovative technology company looking for an experienced Commercial & Enterprise Risk Director to build and lead a best-in-class risk framework that enables growth while protecting the business.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll:
- Lead the enterprise risk management framework across the business
- Partner with commercial, product and executive teams to support strategic decision-making
- Identify and manage operational, financial and strategic risks
- Drive risk governance, policies and reporting to senior leadership and the Board
- Foster a strong risk culture across a agile, fast-paced organisation
We're looking for someone with:
- 10+ years' experience in enterprise and commercial risk
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience within technology, digital, fintech or other fast-paced industries
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance risk and business growth
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams
