We're partnering with a well-established healthcare provider to recruit a Clinical Lead who is passionate about delivering exceptional rehabilitation outcomes, supporting clinicians to thrive, and driving service excellence across the Wellington region.
As the Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in supporting clinical excellence across rehabilitation services. Working closely with Regional Managers, Team Managers and Service Leads, you will provide clinical guidance, coaching and mentoring while maintaining your own clinical caseload.
You will help ensure high-quality service delivery, support clinicians with complex cases, oversee clinical quality and outcomes, and contribute to business growth through strong stakeholder relationships.

What you'll be doing:
- Oversee delivery and outcomes of ACC SAW contract for the Wellington region
- Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to a community-based team
- Triage and allocate referrals appropriately
- Maintain your own clinical caseload
- Achieve set KPI's & wider service goals
You will bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in chosen field.
- NZ registered Health Professional, OT or Physiotherapist with APC
- Annual Practicing certificate as registered health professional.
- Member of skilled associations required by ACC contracts.
- Previous experience within rehabilitation and injury management.
- Strong knowledge of ACC processes and rehabilitation pathways.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing others.
- Have obtained or working toward a Post graduate qualification
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
- A current full driver's licence.
