Lead an experienced team and manage quality business clients
Keypoint Accountants & Advisors is seeking an experienced Business Services Manager or proven Assistant Manager to join our established Gold Coast accounting and advisory firm.
This is a genuine management position for someone with demonstrated experience managing professional staff, workflow, client relationships and engagement outcomes within an Australian public-practice firm.
You will manage a team of experienced Senior Accountants and oversee a portfolio of high-value privately owned businesses and family groups.
The role is focused on leadership, workflow management, technical review, tax planning and business advisory.
Why join Keypoint?
Keypoint has supported Gold Coast businesses and families for more than 60 years. We combine the stability of an established firm with modern systems, flexible working arrangements and a progressive approach to professional development.
We are a close-knit team of approximately 10 people who work collaboratively and communicate directly. You can make decisions, contribute ideas and work closely with the Partners without the layers of hierarchy and internal politics often found in larger firms.
We genuinely value work-life balance. Our business and performance targets are realistic, achievable and designed to be met during normal working hours.
We do not expect our team to routinely work long hours to meet unreasonable targets. Workloads are actively managed to support a sustainable balance between professional responsibilities and personal life.
