Our client is a well-established paediatric Occupational Therapy provider based in Hornsby, supporting children and families across a predominantly clinic-based model with school, home and community visits as required.

The team consists of five Occupational Therapists supported by experienced clinical leaders who have built a strong reputation for mentoring clinicians at every stage of their career. With around 95% of the caseload focused on paediatrics, you'll work with children aged approximately 3 to 14 years, primarily supporting neurodivergent children and those accessing NDIS-funded services.

Whether you're a new graduate or have a couple years experience, you'll receive the support needed to develop confidence while maintaining increasing clinical autonomy.

About the Role

You'll work across a hybrid service model, with the majority of your week based in the Hornsby clinic alongside visits to nearby schools, homes and community settings.

Your role includes:

- Paediatric caseload primarily aged 3 to 14 years
- Children with autism, developmental delay, sensory processing differences and other disabilities
- Clinic-based therapy with local school, home and community visits
- Opportunities to develop skills in Functional Capacity Assessments and Home Modification reports
- Structured support while progressing towards greater clinical autonomy
- Full-time position with a gradual caseload build over approximately three months
- Receive support from the Principal Occupational Therapist and Team Leader

About You

- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration (or eligible as a new graduate)
- Passion for working with paediatric clients
- Current Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain

Salary & Benefits

- New graduates from $79,000 + Super, with salary tailored to experience
- Performance commission of 20% to 25% for billings above target
- $1,000 annual Professional Development allowance following probation
- $70 per month mobile phone allowance
