The Retail Sales Assistant at M.J. Bale plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our company casual retail setting. This position requires an individual with a passion for men's fashion and the ability to create memorable shopping experiences for our customers.

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

- Assisting customers with product selection, providing style advice, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
- Operating the point of sale system, processing transactions accurately, and managing cash handling procedures.
- Maintaining store presentation standards, including visual merchandising and ensuring products are displayed effectively.
- Contributing to achieving sales targets by actively promoting products and assisting with stock replenishment.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, including fabric composition, garment care,



and understanding the brand's heritage.
- Participating in regular training sessions to enhance selling skills and keep abreast of new product launches.
