Main Duties
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the residential aged care service.
- Champion high standards of clinical governance, quality and resident outcomes.
- Drive workforce performance, recruitment and team development.
- Oversee compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC requirements.
- Manage operational performance, budgets and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team.
- Support refurbishment projects and future service expansion.
Essentials
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Recent leadership experience within residential aged care.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and service operations.
- Strong understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation and clinical governance.
- Experience in dementia and palliative care.
- Operational, financial and people leadership capability.
- Experience supporting refurbishment, expansion or service improvement projects will be highly regarded.
