About the Role

As our On-Road Sales Representative for SA, you'll be the face of Mont Marte across metro and regional areas — bringing creativity to life in classrooms, stores, and studios. This full time role follows a structured call cycle focused on growing relationships, increasing sales, and delivering retail excellence through hands-on support and visual merchandising.

You’ll educate customers on our products, manage orders, and champion our unique retail system – all while capturing insights and spotting new opportunities along the way.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, building relationships on the road, and being part of a growing national sales team. Regular travel is a key part of the role, including regional travel and overnight stays.

About You

You’re driven, people-focused, and love being on the road. You thrive in fast-paced environments, stay organised under pressure, and bring warmth and resilience to every interaction.

What You’ll Need:

- Experience in on-road sales, field sales,



merchandising or a similar customer-facing role

- A love for meeting new people and hitting the road early

- Strong attention to detail and communication skills

- A can-do attitude with the ability to bounce back from setbacks

- Confidence using Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Flexibility for regular travel, including up to 4 nights away every second week

- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
