RubberGem Agri is an Australian manufacturer transforming recycled rubber into premium agricultural flooring solutions used throughout the dairy, beef, equine and livestock industries.
As demand for our products continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to help expand our presence across Australia.
This is not an office-based sales role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the road, visiting farms, distributors and rural businesses, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Growing sales throughout Australia
- Managing and developing existing customer relationships
- Identifying new customers across the dairy, beef, equine and livestock sectors
- Expanding our national reseller and distributor network
- Providing technical product advice and application support
- Representing RubberGem at agricultural field days and trade shows
- Identifying new market opportunities and industry trends
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your sales pipeline
This role involves regular travel throughout Australia.
Who We're Looking For
We're interested in people who have proven success selling into the agricultural sector.
Ideally you will have experience selling products such as:
- Livestock equipment
- Dairy equipment
- Animal health products
- Rural merchandise
- Agricultural machinery
- Fencing or farm infrastructure
- Feed or nutrition products
- Equine products
- Rubber flooring or related agricultural products
You'll also have:
- A strong network of agricultural contacts
- A proven history of achieving sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Confidence negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong organisational and CRM skills
- A willingness to travel extensively
Highly Regarded
Although not essential, preference will be given to applicants with:
- An agricultural qualification
- Mechanical or engineering experience
- Farming or livestock experience
- Experience providing technical product support
- Experience developing reseller or dealer networks
