The Role
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our Brisbane clinic, on a part time or casual basis. You will provide exceptional administration and client support as well as assist with medical screening.

Responsibilities include:
Assisting in the day to day running of the clinic
Reception and administration duties
Processing medical bookings
Conducting preliminary medical assessments
Specimen collection (including the supervision of Drug and Alcohol testing) * Please note full training is provided.

About you:

You will have:
Previous medical/ clinical experience and/or administration experience,



preferably within the healthcare sector
AHPRA registration is advantageous, but not mandatory
Excellent organisation and time management skills with great attention to detail
The ability to work autonomously, or in a team setting where required
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group
Can-do and proactive attitude
The ability to be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business

The successful candidate must have the right to legally work in Australia.
