We manage paid media for a solid client base spanning ASX-listed companies, government, education, resources, logistics and retail sector. The budgets are significant and the accountability is real.

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own campaign delivery across a varied portfolio. You'll be hands-on in the platforms daily, close to the performance data, and trusted to make decisions on where budget is best spent.

What you'll do
Plan, build, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and potentially Google (if experienced)
Manage client budgets and pacing, and make confident calls on allocation
Turn performance data into clear, well-reasoned recommendations
Shape creative strategy for organic and paid content and write ad copy that converts
Keep clients and internal teams informed with timely, clear communication
Manage multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping the ball

What you'll bring
Minimum 3 years' paid media experience (agency background preferred)
A self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes
Strong written and verbal communication




Genuine comfort with data and the ability to draw insight from it
Solid budget management
Platform expertise in Meta Ads Manager and GA4 (Google Ads a strong advantage)
Creative thinking and confident copywriting
Sharp problem-solving and robust time and project management
