We have partnered with an establised company in the Gas Industry who is seeking a Trades Counter Sales Person to join their team at their branch located in Portsmith, Cairns. Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
Casual ongoing with view to a permanent position
$36 per hour on offer

Trade Counter:

About the Role:
Assisting customers with product enquiries
Answering phone and email enquiries
Processing customer orders
Assisting with stock control and inventory enquries
Using SAP program for processing orders, invoicing, stock management and customer enquiries
Branch housekeeping as needed

About You:
Previous experience in customer service, front counter, retail or internal sales roles
Previous experience processing orders, invoices and purchase orders




Ability to build rapport and interact with customers
Enjoy working in a busy / fast paced environment
Sound computer skills
Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport
Able to particpate in a Pre-employment Medical including a Drug and Alcohol Test

Warehouse Operator

About the Role:
Picking and packing orders
Dispatch and receive stock
Stock control
Completing quality checks on products
Forklift Operation (If licenced)

About you:
Previous experience working in Warehouse Operator or Storeperson role
Previous trades counter / front counter sales or customer service experience
LF Ticket desired but not essential
Previous experience using SAP will be highly regarded
