About us
Ready to Grow Therapy is a mobile paediatric allied health practice supporting children and their families across Western Sydney. We work in a neurodiversity-affirming, family-centred way, delivering therapy in the environments where kids actually live and learn; homes, schools, daycares and the community.

The role
We're looking for a warm, reliable Allied Health Assistant to support our clinicians in delivering high-quality therapy to children. Working under the supervision and direction of our speech pathologist, you'll help children work towards their goals and keep sessions running smoothly.

Day to day you'll:
Assist our clinicians in delivering individual and group-based therapy programs
Prepare, select and modify therapy resources and set up therapy settings to suit each child's needs
Complete progress notes and help maintain accurate documentation,



under the direction of the supervising clinician
Promote children's independence and capacity-building through supportive, affirming therapy
Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, carers and school staff, representing the practice in community settings

About you
Essential:
A genuine interest in working with children and the neurodiverse population
A current driver's licence and a reliable, insured vehicle (this is a mobile role)
Reliability, initiative and solid communication skills
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: From $62,000.00 per year
