$37 - $55.96/hr (depending on Qualification & Experience) + Director’s Allowance + Super + Salary Packaging
This is a full time Fixed Term Contract, located in Airlie Preschool, Oatlands
The service operates during school terms from 8:30am – 4pm Monday to Friday.

About the Chance

At Uniting Airlie Preschool, we believe every child deserves the best start in life. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Service Director to lead our preschool service – someone who can inspire educators, partner with families, and create a nurturing, play‑based environment where children thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, mentor and support a dedicated team of educators
Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards
Foster inclusive, respectful relationships with children, families and the community
Guide curriculum decisions that promote belonging, wellbeing and curiosity
Champion continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan

Your Qualifications & Experience




A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
At least 3 years’ experience as a Teacher or Early Learning leader
Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards and early childhood best practice
Robust leadership, communication and organisational skills
