Senior Horticulturalist/ Landscape Gardener – High End Residential & Commercial

Tranquil Group are a team of specialist landscapers & horticulturalists established in 2014. Founded in Sydney, we’ve developed strong relationships with clients across various landscape projects spreading to both commercial & residential property maintenance across the East Coast of Australia.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Horticulturalist to care for high-end residential & commercial strata properties in the Sutherland Shire & Sydney.
This role requires a robust understanding of horticulture, an exceptional eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining gardens to an immaculate standard year-round.
The ideal candidate will take pride in presenting outdoor spaces at their absolute best with a pro-active approach to plant health, seasonal presentation & overall garden aesthetics.

What We Require
Experience maintaining premium residential gardens
Qualification in Horticulture essential
Solid pruning and hedge shaping skills
Good plant identification and horticultural knowledge
A sharp eye for detail and presentation
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Skilled and respectful communication with clients
Reliability, punctuality, and pride in workmanship
You will be supported by our Operations Manager who has extensive hands-on experience and detailed knowledge of the properties, ensuring you are well guided on client expectations and presentation standards.
