Responsibilities
Lead the Capability & Improvement Office, developing frameworks and standards for project delivery.
Identify and implement process improvements across the portfolio.
Manage lessons learned to inform future projects and enhance practices.
Design and deliver training programs to uplift team capabilities.
Build solid stakeholder relationships and advise on best practices.
Support assurance activities to ensure compliance with standards.
Qualifications
Significant experience in PMO Leadership at portfolio or program delivery level within infrastructure, capital works or asset‑intensive environments.
Proven ability to establish or operate capability uplift functions.
Robust knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP).
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and change leadership skills.
Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or MS Project is beneficial.
