Billing & Invoicing Clerk

Location: Perth (Northern Suburbs)

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm

Contract: 12-month maternity leave cover (with potential to go permanent)

Mills Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Perth’s northern suburbs, supplying high‑end products to the resources industry. Due to an upcoming maternity leave, our client is seeking a Billing & Invoicing Clerk to join their busy workshop and depot operation.

About the Role

This role supports busy product lines, is responsible for collecting job documentation, reviewing cost trackers, and preparing and submitting final invoices for customer approval. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure invoicing is accurate, compliant, and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities
Collect and validate job-related documentation and supporting evidence
Review cost trackers and job data prior to invoicing
Prepare and submit final invoices for customer approval
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal processes, governance,



and contractual requirements
Maintain accurate records and reconciliation controls

About You

You’ll be organised, detail-oriented, and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Experience Includes
JDE system experience (highly regarded)
Positive understanding of commercial and contract requirements
Strong awareness of compliance and governance standards
High attention to detail, with experience in validation and reconciliation checks
Strong customer service skills with explicit and effective communication

Salary package of $70k-$90k + super, depending on experience
