We currently have multiple opportunities to join our Western Region team based in (Location).

Responsibilities
Deliver individualised care using a person-centred approach as per client care plans
Assist with personal care, medications, transport, and respite services
Provide everyday living support such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping, and meal preparation
Complete accurate and timely reporting of client services
Identify and report client risks via our incident management system

What You’ll Need
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (highly desirable)
Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel




Registered and insured vehicle
Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confidence in using technology

Pre-Employment Requirements
Current and valid Australian working rights
Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks (National Police Check, references, qualification verification)
Compliance with UPA’s Immunisation and Vaccination Policy
