Agrifutures is seeking an experienced General Manager, People & Culture, to partner with the Executive team and lead the people function through this next phase of growth and change.
This pivotal, hands-on leadership position oversees a People & Culture team of five, including recruitment and HR, champions culture, engagement and wellbeing, and guides industrial relations, workforce planning and strategic transformation across a dispersed, blue-collar workforce. In office parking is provided.
