We’re partnering with a highly reputable insurance brokerage that is seeking an experienced Senior Broker to join their high-performing Financial & Professional Lines team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work with some of the firm’s largest and most complex clients, delivering tailored, cost-effective risk solutions within a specialist and growing portfolio.

In this senior client‑facing role, you will take ownership of key accounts, providing strategic advice and end-to-end insurance solutions across Financial & Professional Lines. You’ll be trusted to manage complex risks, strengthen long‑term client relationships, and ensure consistently high service standards across a sophisticated portfolio. You will also play a key role in driving new business growth, leveraging your market knowledge and underwriting relationships to identify opportunities, support account acquisition, and contribute to the ongoing expansion of the book.

About You




Strong technical expertise in Financial & Skilled Lines insurance (essential)
Proven experience managing complex or large client portfolios
Solid underwriting relationships and market presence (highly regarded)
Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or Diploma (essential)
An energetic, ambitious approach with a genuine drive to progress your career
