Responsibilities
Manage workflow from service to workshop
Contribute to the setup of the workshop and parts department
Conduct minor repairs and servicing
Prepare current machines for sale
Perform mechanical repairs and contribute to current build/modifications

Requirements
Heavy vehicle/machinery mechanical trade qualification required
Essential experience in a similar role
Minimum 3‑5 years of similar Leading Hand experience required




Solid knowledge of Heavy Duty Equipment
Competency in routine maintenance on machines
Driver's license, HR preferred
Desirable Forklift/High‑risk work licenses
Hands‑on approach and excellent communication skills
Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
Must pass a Medical, including a Drug & Alcohol test
Australian work rights required for this position
