Verdant Horticulture and Maintenance is seeking a motivated team member to join our growing landscape construction and maintenance team based in Glenview on the Sunshine Coast.
We deliver high-end residential landscaping and premium garden care across the Sunshine Coast, working on architect-designed homes and quality acreage properties.
This role suits applicants ranging from apprentice level through to experienced landscapers. The work is wide-ranging and hands‑on, combining landscape construction and horticulture.
Typical Work Includes
Detailed planting and garden establishment
Soil preparation and garden bed construction
Landscape construction and structural garden work
Irrigation and drainage installation
Ongoing care and maintenance of established landscapes
We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to build real skills in the landscaping and horticulture industry. You will work within a small skilled team where standards are high and reliability, attitude and attention to detail matter.
Our base is in Glenview, but we work on projects across the Sunshine Coast. This is an excellent chance for someone who wants to learn the craft properly and be involved in building and maintaining some of the region’s best residential gardens.
