Safety Advisor - Civil Infrastructure (FIFO 2:1 Roster – Port Hedland)

Safety Advisor required to join a major civil infrastructure project in the Pilbara, working on a long‑term Rio Tinto project.

We are seeking an experienced Safety Advisor with a solid background working for Australian head contractors and delivering large‑scale civil infrastructure projects in remote site environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a safety qualified who enjoys working in a project‑based environment and wants to join a leading contractor delivering critical infrastructure across Western Australia.

The Role
Provide HSE support and guidance across a major civil infrastructure project
Drive safety performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with site teams, supervisors, and project leadership to promote a robust safety culture
Conduct inspections, audits, investigations, and risk assessments
Support the implementation of project safety systems and procedures

About You




Previous experience as a Safety Advisor within Australian civil construction projects
Proven experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor environment
Experience delivering projects in remote site locations
Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and construction safety practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with site teams and stakeholders

FIFO 2:1 roster to Port Hedland
$120,000 – $140,000 base salary + super (dependent on experience)
