The Salvation Army in Bundaberg is seeking a Youth Outreach Case Manager (0.8 FTE, part time) to support young people and families facing homelessness. You will provide intensive, trauma-informed outreach, help secure housing, and connect clients with education, health and community services.
Working within our Youth Services, you’ll build trusting relationships, advocate for clients, coordinate with partners, and assist families to achieve safer, more independent futures.
