The Opportunity

This is a key leadership role overseeing the afternoon shift at a fast-paced, high-performing site. You’ll lead and mentor a large production team, drive operational standards, and play a hands‑on role in delivering safety, quality, and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 45, supported by experienced Team Leaders.
Drive performance through accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
Support and mentor Team Leaders to achieve production KPIs and quality outcomes.
Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Collaborate with senior operations to identify and implement process improvements.

About You
Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or similar “made-to-order” settings
A calm, confident leader who communicates clearly and leads by example
