Our client is a prominent organisation in the performing arts industry, working closely with producers, music promoters, theatres, arenas, festivals and service providers.

The Role

Our client is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, friendly lawyer with legal knowledge of the Australian Workplace Relations workplace.

Responsibilities
Employment and workplace relations and/or industrial relations, or a similar field
Interpreting and providing advice in respect of relevant state and federal employment and industrial relations legislation, modern awards and contracts




Developing and maintaining effective, qualified internal and external working relationships with a range of stakeholders
Working co-operatively in a small team setting with tight deadlines

Qualifications
Legal qualification
2–5+ years experience in a similar employment advisory role
Previous experience providing workplace relations advice (essential)
