TechnologyOne is looking for a Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership and oversight across our Sales, Marketing and Industry functions. This role will lead the Finance Business Partnering function for the portfolio, as well as the Revenue and Pricing Team.

You will ensure financial activity is aligned to corporate objectives, support business performance, and provide commercial insight across forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, revenue, pricing and reporting. The role will also focus on improving systems and processes to enable enhanced compliance, governance and decision-making.

What you'll be doing…
Provide financial leadership and support to the Sales, Marketing and Pricing teams
Lead, manage and mentor the Finance Business Partnering team within the portfolio
Oversee the Revenue and Pricing Team, including licensing, revenue recognition, deal pricing and policy compliance
Support accurate forecasting, budgeting, financial planning and performance monitoring
Develop financial models, reporting and analysis to support business decision-making
Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insights and financial guidance
Identify and implement process and system improvements across finance activities




Support compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, audit requirements and internal controls
Contribute to external audit processes and revenue-related disclosures

Your Talents…
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline
CA, CPA or CFA qualification highly regarded
10 -15 years' progressive financial management experience
Experience leading finance teams in a complex business workplace
Strong financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting and analysis capability
Experience in revenue accounting, pricing and commercial finance
Experience in an ASX-listed or SaaS organisation highly regarded
Advanced Excel and financial systems capability
ERP systems experience; exposure to TechnologyOne advantageous
Experience using AI and automation tools to improve finance processes, reporting, analysis and decision-making, with appropriate attention to governance and data integrity
Salesforce and CPQ experience highly regarded
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
Solid problem-solving and analytical capability
Ability to operate with sound judgement, governance and attention to detail
