Amplar Health is recruiting Enrolled Nurses to join our Adelaide, South Australia team in a sub-acute transition care setting. You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care, monitor progress, document diligently and contribute to care planning alongside a multidisciplinary team.
We offer a 7-day rotating roster with mornings, afternoons and nights. 1 year+ EN experience, AHPRA registration, CPR, vaccinations and clearances are required, with agency acute care experience encouraged.
