Hudson is seeking a proactive Safety Advisor / Safety Business Partner to drive and champion safety standards across our national operations. The role blends 2–3 days of field coaching with strategic WHS management, policy maintenance, and compliance.

You will act as a trusted coach to site managers, supervisors and field crews, leading incident investigations, trend analysis, and safety training to build a robust safety culture across multi-state sites.
