Quest on Franklin is now seeking a committed, loyal and friendly Guest Services Agent to join our Front Office team on a casual basis with regular hours. A minimum of 15 hours per week will be offered, with the prospect to pick up additional hours during busy and leave periods. The successful candidate once trained will work autonomously.

Our team is built on trust and respect so the only necessity is a good attitude, willingness to learn and a friendly personality! Previous customer service experience is preferred, however hotel experience is not essential.

Guest Services Agent requires:
Personalised customer service on a busy reception desk
Reservation handling
Excellent communication
Guest experience focus
Interpersonal & time management skills
Excellent personal presentation
Punctuality and reliability a must
Working autonomously

Tasks include but not limited to:
Check in/Check out guests




In-house guest safety & security
Taking & handling guest enquiries
Guest relations & complaint handling
Reservations
Managing a switchboard
Administration
Account reconciliation
Using RMS property management system

The successful applicant must be available to work a minimum of 15+ hours per week on a rotating roster.

Shifts are a combination of 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm across weekdays, weekends and public holidays. Some mid shifts also available.

Candidates MUST be available Monday’s, remaining days adaptable. A competitive hourly rate will be offered.
