As a Retail Consultant, you will provide frontline support by assisting customers with product selection, service activation, and troubleshooting basic issues. You will create positive experiences through effective communication and adherence to retail standards.

Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one.
Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.
Work closely with your team to create a welcoming workplace where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.

Salary and Benefits
Hourly Rate: $33.33 per hour. Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age.
Penalty rates: 25% for weekday hours after 6PM, 25% for Saturday, 100% for Sunday, 150% for public holidays.
Superannuation: 12%.
