Job Description

SA Pharmacy in South Australia seeks a Senior Pharmacist to lead patient-centred services in a busy hospital. You will manage day-to-day operations of your pharmacy area, delivering clinical services, medicines information and therapeutic advice to support protected, effective patient care.

Collaborating with pharmacists, technicians and multidisciplinary teams, you will lead service improvements, mentor staff and promote the quality use of medicines across the organisation.
