We’re Hiring: Content Creator — Beauty & Social Media

Char Cosmetics is looking for a creative, confident, and trend-aware Content Creator to help bring our products and brand stories to life across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.

Char Cosmetics is an Asian-Australian beauty brand creating innovative eye beauty products designed with hooded eyes and monolids in mind. As we continue expanding internationally, we’re looking for someone who understands beauty, short-form content, and what makes audiences stop scrolling.

What you’ll do:
Concept, film, edit, and publish engaging short-form beauty content
Create product demonstrations, makeup tutorials, GRWM videos, trend-led concepts, and educational content
Develop content ideas that support brand awareness, engagement, and product discovery
Stay ahead of beauty, fashion, TikTok, and social media trends
Test different hooks, formats, and creative approaches based on content performance
Collaborate with our marketing team on launches, campaigns, and ongoing social content




Represent Char Cosmetics confidently and authentically on camera
Are comfortable, expressive, and engaging on camera
Have solid makeup application skills, particularly with eye makeup or lashes
Understand TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form storytelling
Can create content that is both visually appealing and performance-focused
Have a strong sense of personal style and beauty trends
Are proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Can film and edit polished content using a phone or creator-focused equipment

Previous beauty, fashion, lifestyle, UGC, or social media content experience is highly valued. A portfolio or examples of your work will be required.
