Role Description
Reporting to the General Manager – People and Culture, this role works in close partnership with senior leaders across both operational and corporate divisions while contributing as part of a small, collaborative People & Culture team.
As a trusted advisor, you will provide practical and commercially focused people solutions that enhance engagement, strengthen performance, and support organisational effectiveness.
Operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be comfortable working across both blue- and white-collar workforces, partnering with leaders to build capability, drive workforce planning initiatives, and contribute to long-term succession strategies that support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the continuous improvement of people processes and systems
Use workforce data and insights to support informed decision making
Work collaboratively with the P&C; Centres of Excellence to support organisational initiatives
Provide recommendations regarding strategic workforce planning
Partner with leaders to provide practical HR guidance across the employee lifecycle
Support leaders with performance management,



employee relations and workplace matters
Provide advice on IR/ER matters and ensure alignment with employment legislation
Support leaders across multiple business units, including operational and corporate functions
Support organisational design and structural change, including role sizing, job design and commercially sound, compliant organisation structures.
Model and champion EPSA's SHAPE values and the People & Culture strategy in all interactions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
Previous experience as a functional HR/People & Culture Business Partner
Experience in employee relations, workforce planning, and HR policy development
Experience operating within a mid-size organisations ********,000 employees)
Exposure to both blue and white collar environments
Curiosity and openness to technology and continuous improvement in people systems
The ability to influence and build credibility with leaders at all levels
A hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
