Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role based in Richmond, NSW.
You'll manage residential listings, conduct appraisals, and guide clients from first consultation through to settlement, prospecting, open homes, negotiation, the lot.

Qualifications
Previous experience in residential real estate sales, ideally with an existing track record and client base
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills in a target-driven environment
Solid understanding of real estate market principles, including local Hawkesbury trends
Confident communicator who builds trust and long-term relationships with clients
Comfortable using CRM systems, listing platforms, and everyday digital marketing tools
Well organised, able to juggle multiple listings and appointments
Valid driver's license and reliable transport
