What you will do:
Provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients,



ensuring the safe and effective use of medication.
Collaborate with healthcare colleagues to contribute to patient treatment plans.
Conduct thorough prescription reviews and medication reconciliations.
Offer advice and support to other healthcare professionals on drug interactions and side effects.
Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with the latest pharmacy advancements.
Implement and monitor hospital guidelines and protocols to ensure compliance with NHS standards.
Requirements:
Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
At least two years of experience in pharmacy practice.
A valid driving licence would be highly advantageous due to the requirement to work across multiple locations.
