This is a full time position with the potential to earn up to $54,000 (commensurate with experience & skill levels applied) and more with additional allowances and/or overtime where worked.

Criteria:
A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering/Sawing duties required.
Knowledge and understanding of different rotations.
Proven high level of knife sharpening skills.
Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements.
Highly developed interpersonal and commination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work with supervisors on improving daily duties.
