The Role
Working on the workshop floor,



you will be responsible for bringing our custom marine designs to life. Your day-to-day will include:
Reading and interpreting structural drawings and workshop blueprints.
High-precision TIG welding and fabrication of 316 stainless steel components and heavy marine structures.
Operating workshop machinery for cutting, folding, and preparing materials.
Finishing, blending, and polishing stainless steel to a flawless, mirror-like marine standard.
Collaborating with the broader manufacturing team to ensure precision fitment.
What We Are Looking For
Trade Qualification:
Cert III in Engineering (Fabrication / Mechanical Trade) or equivalent proven trade experience.
Marine-Grade Expertise:
Demonstrated experience in high-quality TIG welding and fabrication, ideally working with 316 stainless steel (experience with marine-grade aluminum is a strong advantage).
Technical Literacy:
Ability to read engineered drawings accurately and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
The "Marine Finish" Eye:
Exceptional attention to detail, recognising that our products go onto luxury vessels where aesthetics is just as important as structural integrity.
Team Player:
A reliable, proactive work ethic with a robust commitment to workshop safety and quality control.
