At Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD), we are committed to Trusted Care, Better Health for Everyone, and we are seeking an experienced Manager Corruption Prevention and Enterprise Risk Management to lead the District's fraud and corruption prevention programs, enterprise risk management framework, and integrity initiatives.
About The Chance
As the Manager Corruption Prevention and Enterprise Risk Management, you will play a critical role in maintaining and strengthening corporate governance across the District. Reporting directly to the Director, Corporate Governance and Assurance, you will provide expert leadership, advice, and oversight on enterprise risk management, fraud and corruption prevention, public interest disclosures, and governance reporting.
Responsibilities
Lead the District's fraud, corruption prevention, and integrity programs to strengthen governance and accountability.
Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide risk management frameworks and practices.
Provide expert advice to executives, the Board, and Audit and Risk Committee on risk, governance, and corruption prevention matters.
Oversee the Enterprise Risk Register and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system to support effective risk oversight
Manage Public Interest Disclosure processes and coordinate appropriate responses to reports of serious wrongdoing.
Build organisational capability through training, stakeholder engagement, and initiatives that promote a strong risk and integrity culture.

About You
Demonstrated experience in enterprise risk management, governance, fraud and corruption prevention within a complex organisation.
Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, integrity systems, and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to analyse complex information, identify emerging risks, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels.
Experience developing and delivering training, education, and awareness programs that build organisational capability.
A collaborative and proactive leader committed to fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
