We're looking for an experienced Digital Growth Manager to join our Support Office team in Alexandria, NSW on a fixed-term parental leave contract from August **** to March ****.

A Day in the Life
No two days are the same in this role.
One minute you're celebrating a record eCommerce week, the next you're partnering with teams to launch new digital experiences that delight our customers.
You'll be:
Leading a talented digital team and helping them do their best work
Driving growth across eCommerce, CRM, loyalty, fundraising and delivery channels
Turning data and insights into smart commercial decisions
Collaborating with Marketing, IT, Operations and partners to bring ideas to life
Keeping major digital and app initiatives moving forward
Solving challenges, spotting opportunities and creating seamless customer experiences
