Allied Health Assistant (AHA) – Sprout Speech Therapy
Locations:Eastern Suburbs (Randwick/Bondi) & Bankstown
Sprout Speech Therapy is seeking a warm, organised Allied Health Assistant to support our paediatric clients across the Eastern Suburbs and Bankstown.
About the role
Provide play‐based practice and repetition of therapy goals
Deliver 1:1 sessions under supervision of our Speech Pathologist
Follow structured plans, activities, and data‐collection systems
Support families with home practice and generalisation
Flexible hours across both locations
Qualifications & Requirements
AHA Certificate III/IVorprogress in a relevant degree (Speech Pathology, OT, Education, Psychology)
Experience working with children or in disability/NDIS settings




Strong communication and rapport‐building skills
Reliable, organised, and confident working independently with explicit guidance
Valid Working With Children Check
Current Police Check
Driver's licence and access to a car (preferred but not essential)
