This role is perfect for school leavers, university students, or anyone starting out who wants to build a long‐term career in property and sales.
You don't need experience – we'll train you from the ground up.
You will work closely with experienced agents, gain real industry exposure, and learn what it takes to succeed in real estate.
Responsibilities
Assisting sales agents with listings, home opens, and client meetings
Learning how property deals happen from listing to settlement
Generating leads through calls, door knocking, database follow‐ups, and leveraging social media platforms, community connections, and local sponsorship opportunities
Helping coordinate marketing campaigns and property launches
Supporting open homes and buyer inspections
Maintaining client databases and assisting with daily sales tasks
Learning real estate systems, negotiation processes, and industry tools
