We are preparing for the very exciting season at the Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park and are looking for guest-focused individuals with various levels of food and beverage experience.

About The Role
As a Kitchen Steward, you play a key role in keeping kitchen operations efficient and up to standard.
You will help maintain a clean, organised, and safe working workplace while supporting the culinary team in delivering high-quality service.
Working closely with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef, you'll assist with daily kitchen tasks and contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving shared goals.
This is a hands‐on, fast‐paced position offering great exposure and opportunities to grow your career in hospitality, both within Australia and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Operate commercial dishwashers and other kitchen cleaning equipment
Ensure all kitchen areas, surfaces, and equipment are kept clean and orderly
Remove waste regularly and store equipment appropriately




Follow company policies, procedures, and workplace safety standards at all times
Support chefs with general kitchen duties as required
Requirements
Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including mornings, evenings, and public holidays
Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen environment
Strong awareness of workplace health and safety practices
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
Reliable transport
