About the Role
As a Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant, you will assist customers in choosing products and services that meet their needs, act as the trusted expert in‐store, and help make a meaningful impact by building a connected future.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences by guiding customers to the right products and services.
Be the Go‐to Tech Expert, staying up‐to‐date with the latest gadgets, and offering informed guidance.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling.
Collaborate closely with your team to foster a welcoming environment and support store goals.
Salary And Benefits
Hourly Rate: $***** per hour (Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age).
Penalty rates: 25% for weekday hours after 6 PM, 25% for Saturday, 100% for Sunday, 150% for public holidays.
12% Superannuation.
