The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior People & Culture Manager to join our People Team.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role is a trusted advisor to senior leaders and plays a key role in shaping culture, driving organisational performance and supporting our people strategy.
You'll have the opportunity to influence business outcomes, lead strategic HR initiatives and provide expert advice across a broad range of people matters within a growing and purpose-driven organisation
What you'll be doing?
Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic and operational people advice across the employee lifecycle.
Coach and support leaders on workforce planning, talent management, performance and employee engagement.
Lead complex employee relations matters including performance, conduct, grievances and workplace investigations.
Provide expert advice on employment legislation, workplace risk and compliance.
Own and lead key People & Culture portfolios such as employee relations, remuneration, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, HR operations or culture initiatives.
Contribute to strategic projects including organisational change, culture, engagement and organisational development initiatives.
What we are looking for
Significant experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist position.
Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law and employee relations.
Experience managing complex performance, conduct and grievance matters.
A proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong commercial judgement with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‐on delivery in a quick‐paced environment.
