About the Role
Reporting to the
Head of Growth
your focus will be exactly where you perform best- finding and winning new customers.
You'll identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision makers and introduce prospective clients to the breadth of IVE's capabilities.
Working alongside experienced production and client service specialists, you'll have the support needed to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
Identify and convert recent business opportunities across multiple industries
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through strategic prospecting and networking
Engage senior decision-makers and uncover commercial opportunitiesPosition IVE as a strategic partner rather than simply a print supplier
Develop tailored solutions across print, fulfilment, logistics and marketing execution
Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver compelling proposals
Negotiate and close profitable long-term business
Stay ahead of market trends and identify emerging opportunities for growth
We're Looking For Someone Who
You are a genuine hunter with a proven track record of winning new business, not simply managing existing accounts.
Has experience within commercial print, marketing services, production, packaging or a related industry (desirable)
Loves the challenge of prospecting and opening current accounts
Understands complex print and production solutions
Thinks commercially and enjoys solving customer problems
Wants to represent a business with genuine scale and capability
