Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Corporate
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of corporate roles. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, you will provide market insights, develop creative attraction strategies, and ensure recruitment outcomes align with business objectives.
You will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to Adbri's employer brand while maintaining best-practice recruitment processes and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver strategic recruitment solutions that support workforce planning and business objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment across professional, technical and senior corporate roles, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, talent networks, social media and direct search techniques to attract high-quality talent.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines while providing market insights, salary benchmarking and recruitment best practice advice to stakeholders.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation, company policies and governance requirements.
What you will need to succeed
Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully hiring professional, technical and senior-level talent.
Demonstrated expertise managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality outcomes and exceptional candidate experiences.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
Advanced sourcing capability, including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping,
direct search and passive candidate engagement strategies.
Sound knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, ATS platforms and behavioural based interviewing techniques.
