OUR TEAM
Our Munitions teams in Benalla and Mulwala produce propellants, explosives and munitions for defence and commercial uses. With ongoing investment into research and development, we produce some of the world's most high-performing guided weapons and explosive ordnance systems. YOUR ROLE
Design, develop and validate hardware solutions
Analyse requirements through studies, simulations, modelling and prototyping activities




Identify and resolve technical risks and complex development challenges
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
Prepare accurate technical documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle
Your Experience
Relevant technical qualification and experience
Proven experience in Chemical and Chemistry engineering and a specialist technical domain
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering quality outcomes on time
Collaborative team player with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
